I have taken Pilates for 10 years and recently started taking private lessons with Jenny. She is knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and actually the best instructor that I have had. I highly recommend her and thoroughly enjoy her private lessons!

Jenny Paxson is an amazing Pilates Instructor. If I could give Jenny more stars I would. I have done group and private and the amount of expertise she bring to each session is not comparable to what I have ever experienced before. From the first day I started I knew she is a serious teacher with a passion for her clients needs. She is also kind, gentle and very funny. Jenny amazes me each time by how intune she is with my physical abilities. If I am not doing a position correctly she will work with me until I get it right. And the correct way is usually harder, but, that means it is doing the job intended. It is not a major caloric work out, but you can break into a sweat and become out of breath with the repetitions and the sheer core muscle workout. I joke with her that she will tell me to keep my 'big toe down' (because they tend to lift up during workouts) and I think to myself 'IT IS DOWN, what is she talking about'; then sure enough she presses my toe down and suddenly I feel a muscle working harder than it was a second ago. She keeps me aligned from head to toe and when I am doing a position right, it feels great and I see and feel results. Never have I had the attention that she gives with the kindness and real passion for helping me achieve my goals. If you have an injury, or any special needs, she will talk with you and adjust for them. I thought I would never be able to do half the things she asked of me and today I can see and feel results. Her studio is beautiful, clean, modern and I rarely do the same exercise twice in a week. I recommend completely.
