Firenza Pizza at 681 Blossom Hill Road, Los Gatos, California.

Pretty good for a fast casual build your own pizza place. The crust was more like regular pizza crust than it's main competitors. There were some nice surprises in the topping selection like ricotta cheese and they have a Coke Freestyle drink fountain.

They also have salads and sides like meatballs and wings. The salad was good, with a nice selection of toppings and dressings.

I can't recommend the meatballs or the wings. The meatballs are not tender; they are dense pizza topping meatballs that aren't really good on their own.

The wings weren't great because they cook in the same oven as the pizza and not a fryer. This may be healthier than frying, but you end up with gummy wing instead of a crispy one.
